This website is operated by OPA Staffing, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("OPA Staffing," "we," "us"). OPA Staffing and OPA People are part of The OPA RASA Group.

Information you give us

When you send a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are asking about, and your message. We use that information to respond to you and to tell you about our services.

Job applicants

Applications are submitted through our applicant portal, which is operated by a third-party provider on our behalf. When you apply, we collect the information you provide, such as your contact details, work history, licenses and certifications, resume, and references. We use it to evaluate you for positions, verify your credentials, and place you with client organizations. We share your application information with client organizations considering you for a position, and with service providers who help us verify credentials, process payroll, and, with your authorization where the law requires it, conduct background checks.

Information collected automatically

If you choose Accept in our cookie notice, the site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, the site or link that referred you, campaign tags in the link you followed, your general location (city or region), and your device and browser type. If you choose Decline, analytics cookies are not set and this information is not collected. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

How information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. Apart from the sharing described above for job applicants, our website host processes form submissions on our behalf, and Google processes analytics data on our behalf when you have accepted analytics cookies. We keep inquiries and application records for as long as needed for the purposes described here and as required by employment and recordkeeping laws.
